- Active mobility and high-quality plant-forward substitutions offer the clearest direct health pathways.
- Clean air, energy, nature, social connection and climate-risk reduction provide important but generally more indirect pathways.
- Small pilots should be treated as evidence investments. Scale economics depend strongly on enrollment, retention, behavior maintenance, programme additionality and cost.
- Societal value, direct healthcare budget proxy, climate value and strategic partner value are separate ledgers.

## Claim boundaries

- Model outputs are prospective scenarios, not observed clinical outcomes.
- “Societal value” is not revenue or cash saving.
- The direct budget proxy is based only on an adjustable captured share of Swiss inactivity-attributable costs.
- Diet DALY yield and portfolio-average CO2 factors are explicit scenario assumptions.
